She has an M.A. (Master of Arts) in Asia Pacific studies from Leeds University, U.K. She has a particular interest in East Asia. She began teaching in Japan many years ago. She only intended to stay here for a year, but fell in love with this beautiful country and culture and stayed. Japan is a very beautiful country with splendid sights and great people. She is also greatly interested in Japanese folklore and mythology. Her hobbies are reading, listening to music, chatting with friends and learning languages. She finds languages exciting and stimulating. One thing she loves about studying language is that we can always learn something new.
